STEP 2: PRESENTATION

We analyze how your products and services are perceived by consumers. We will alter your branding, if necessary, to adapt to the local market. 

STEP 3: ACCESS TO OUR NETWORK

If your product has been well received during the focus group stage we can guarantee trial shelf space, distributor meetings, potential partner meetings, investor meetings (if required) and in-store demonstrations within retail and e-commerce sites. This sets us apart from the competition and saves you time and money in navigating a very difficult and often confusing area for new entrants in international markets.

STEP 4: ONLINE E-COMMERCE CAMPAIGN

Using WeChat, Weibo, Alibaba, Amazon, Facebook and other social media and e-commerce platforms we will create a PR campaign and begin to sell your products and promote your services online. With our introductions and the distribution network of ADW Global Consulting Group, your products and services will be getting noticed and generating income for your company.

STEP 5: ONGOING STRATEGY AND CONTINUED GROWTH IN CHINA

The team at ADW Global Consulting Group will discuss with you long-term growth strategies and look at ways to increase sales and brand awareness. This is a regular monthly meeting to ensure continued growth and longevity.
